"Half Moon" residential and retail space involved designing a 3,000 sq. ft. attached residential and retail space tailored to the needs of an artist/designer and a writer. The retail component highlighted the work of a selected artist alongside a representative furniture piece. Sustainability guided the selection of materials, finishes, and exterior elements.
